While some B-town stars have been living the life of a party, on the other side of town, some stars had uninvited guests knocking on their doors. The Narcotics Control Bureau conducted raids on the homes of producer Firoz Nadiadwala and actor Arjun Rampal. While Firoz’s wife, Shabana Saeed was taken into custody after the NCB found 10 grams of ganja in the premises, the producer was summoned to appear before the investigating officers for questioning on Monday afternoon.
The NCB also conducted a raid at Arjun Rampal’s residence in Mumbai. This went down weeks after they had arrested Gabriella Demetriades‘ brother Agisilaos Demetriades in the drugs case and seized hashish and alprazolam tablets from his residence.
Did you hear that Aamir Khan directed Shah Rukh Khan for his cameo in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’? King Khan reportedly had a blast working with Aamir, who was thrilled to direct him.
Talking about celebrity bonding, SRK, being the total charmer, wished cricketer Brett Lee for his birthday and said, “Hope to see you soon and hear some new Hindi songs on the guitar.”Replying to the sweet message, Brett extended an offer, fans are hoping he didn’t refuse. “Let’s have a jam and another sing-along soon…” Lee said in his post.
With Diwali festivities on in full swing, one B-town star who sadly won’t be joining in is Arjun Kapoor. The hunk, who is in Dharamshala shooting for the horror-comedy ‘Bhoot Police’, will have a working Diwali this year. “I will be working but I feel blessed and lucky that I am getting to work this year after all that we have seen…” Arjun said in a statement.
